If we do not accept your insurance, you may still have out-of-network benefits. You will need to call your insurance company and ask. We will provide you with a receipt to give your insurance company for any potential reimbursement.

We request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged your full session fee for not doing so.
